Pilates is a great form of exercise that strengthens the core and tones you up. Mixed Ability means that Joy gives choices for each exercise to suit your ability. Joy’s pilates emphasises breathing exercises – important for building up lung strength. Ideally you should have a pillow and a pilates or yoga mat to lie on – but the floor will do.

You will enter the waiting room and Joy will invite you into the Virtual Pilates gym. Turn on sound and video. No need to book in advance – just join us. The class costs £5 for the hour and we are trusting you to pay. Joy will arrange the payment.
