We continue with our popular Pilates classes. This series will be gentle excercises for beginners or those who prefer a more leisurely style.
Once you join the class you will be able to see our teacher Joy Jewson demonstrating the pilates exercises and if you set up the camera on your PC, laptop, iPad, tablet or smart phone to point at yourself we will all be able to see you too. Ideally you should have a pillow and a pilates or yoga mat to lie on – but the floor will do.

You will enter the waiting room and Joy will invite you into the Virtual Pilates gym. Turn on sound and video. No need to book in advance – just join us. The class costs £5 for the hour and we are trusting you to pay.
Pilates is a great form of exercise that strengthens the core and tones you up. Exercise like this builds the immune system – vital under present circumstances. Joy’s classes emphasise breathing – good for strengthening the lungs.
